Following the recent release of an Android 4.0 emulator, I have added the latest Android Browser version to the "near future" row.

There's a significant number of new features since 2.3, including long-awaited support for SVG.

A number of other features are also new since Android 3.

Note that this information is based only on the emulator and some differences may appear once real devices are tested.
