New option to display full prefixes + update on latest web tech features added

By popular demand it is now possible again to see directly what prefixes to use for features that require a prefix. By enabling the Show full prefixes option under Settings, the symbol in each browser version cell is now replaced by the prefix required. Without this option it's still also possible to see the prefix in the cell's tooltip.

Additionally, having been busy with implementing the redesign and work on the beta site for the past while I forgot to take the time to mention what new features were added on the site. Because there's been so many in the past five months, here they are listed by category:

CSS

- CSS Shapes Level 1
- CSS will-change property
- CSS Appearance
- :placeholder-shown CSS pseudo-class
- Improved kerning pairs & ligatures
- Blending of HTML/SVG elements
- CSS text-size-adjust
- CSS3 image-orientation
- text-decoration styling

HTML5

- Picture element
- Srcset attribute
- seamless attribute for iframes
- Custom Elements
- HTML Imports
- Multiple file selection

DOM

- Web Animations API
- relList (DOMTokenList)
- DOMContentLoaded

JS APIs & Other

- Base64 encoding and decoding
- Resource Timing
- Speech Synthesis API
- Proximity API
- Ambient Light API
- WOFF 2.0 - A better web font compression format

It's also worth noting that the default feature list now shows the latest added feature first, so if you just click on the "Can I use" text with no other filters used, you'll see the latest feature on top.
