New features: Webkit's CSS text-stroke, HTML5 details & summary elements
text-stroke is a CSS property that allows one to add an outline to text, with a given color and width. It is not yet part of any W3C spec, but this may happen later.
The <details> & <summary> elements offer a way to easily show/hide sections on a webpage. They are not yet natively supported anywhere, but good polyfills are already available allowing them to be used today.
In other news that you are no doubt already aware of, Google Chrome will be dropping support for the H.264 video format in a future build, but not yet one in the scope of the WCIU table.
